A LEGACY ROOTED IN THE LAND
For more than a century, Wheeler Ranch has been built on hard work, family values, and a deep connection to agriculture.

What began in 1896 as a homestead on the Nebraska prairie has grown into generations of ranching, livestock production, and providing quality products to families across the region.

Today, we remain committed to the same values that started it all: stewardship, integrity, and producing food we're proud to serve at our own table.

Growing Through the Generations
Over the years, Wheeler Ranch evolved alongside the changing agricultural landscape while remaining grounded in the values that built the operation.

Each generation has contributed to the ranch's story, helping shape the business into what it is today while preserving the traditions that make it unique.

1970: Bringing Farm-Raised Products to Local Families
Rod Wheeler began selling pork directly to customers, creating a connection between the ranch and the families who wanted to know where their food came from.

What started as a way to provide quality pork locally became an important part of the Wheeler Ranch story and continues to influence the business today.

1896: Where it All Began
George and Martha Wheeler settled north of Wauneta, Nebraska, laying the foundation for what would become Wheeler Ranch.

Through determination and a passion for agriculture, they established a legacy that would continue for generations to come.
