Sausage Gravy and Biscuts

Ingredients:

8 Flakey Buttermilk Biscuits

1 lb Mild Sausage

2 TBSPN + 1 tsp flour

2 1/2 C. half n half

1 TBSPN butter

1/8 tsp dried thyme

1/8 tsp dried crushed rosemary

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Brown sausage in skillet

Add flour, butter and half n half. Cook on med-low, stirring often until thickened

Add thyme, rosemary, red pepper flakes and black pepper

Serve over warm biscuits
